Accessing the Citi presale
For today's presale, fans must be Citi cardholders and use the first six digits of their Citi credit card or Citibank debit card as their code.
Fans must also purchase the tickets with the same card.
How to get tickets
A presale will open up today, Wednesday, November 8, 2023, at 10 am local venue time for the North American leg of the tour.
To have first choice for presale tickets, fans were urged to join Green Day's email list by Tuesday, November 7, 2023.
The general sale is scheduled to start at 10 am local venue time on Friday, November 10, 2023.
And a special presale is now available to Citi cards from November 7, 2023, at 10 am local time, to November 9, 2023, at 10 pm local time, through the Citi Entertainment program.
