The 704th Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) member was last seen two weeks ago while stationed at Fort Cavazos, previously known as Fort Hood, near Killeen.
On the basis of the information discovered by investigators, army officials revealed that Mr. Chamberlain willfully absented himself. Apart from that, no other details have been made public.
Furthermore, Craig Chamberlain’s mother, Virginia Chamberlain, expressed her joy by saying, “We found out, son. He is alive and will be ok.”
Virginia said that the volunteers’ team began their search at 10 am on Friday in Conder Park and located Craig during the afternoon near his house in Killeen.
